Notice about the Chinese vaccine.

For the Chinese vaccine:
The ministries of health in the countries that give the Chinese vaccine should start a plan to give a third dose. If this is not done, the result will be:
* The vaccine will not provide adequate protection and therefore exposure to severe infection remains highly likely.
* The vaccine will not have any benefit and these countries will have to delete it from the list of vaccines later
* The vaccine will have the opposite effect of creating a wide field for new mutations to occur.
