In covid-19, most patients have preserved left ventricular systolic function, but there is poor diastolic function...but the most common disorder is right ventricular dilatation or poor function...During follow-up of patients, 20% of patients admitted to hospitals have a decline in Right ventricular function may be due to increased pulmonary resistance. An increase in creatinine, BNP, CRP, blood pressure, and peripheral edema was observed in patients whose Echo result was abnormal.
